2:48 Psychophysicotherapootix looks like the name of an Asterix character.
They should all be ashamed of themselves, not been able to speak the Kings English.
"Edgehog"
Ah yes the famous parisian pass time of pretending not to speak English
I love how they're so proud speaking their language and don't care if they can't pronounce some basic english words. Something that doesn't happen in my country.
I'm happy that French people have as hard a time pronouncing English as I do pronouncing French.
Massachusetts is not an English word lol
Uhhhhh uhh uhhhhh
Hats off to the Parisians volunteering to pronounce foreign words on-camera.
Heureusement qu il n y avait pas le prince des fromages le "Brillat Savarin" ils l auraient craches dans leurs tire jus ces beaufs américains !!!!
For now on lettuce is definitely pronounced as "lay toosh"
Ok but in fairness, Massachusetts isn’t English in origin, it’s from the Indigenous Massachusett people.
I literally read *Persians* try to pronounce words in English, then I was like, "why does it sound like they're speaking French 🤨do they speak French in Persia?🤔" 😂
French is a stupid language spoken by the worst people.
Le Pain Quotidien, c'est BELGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
French Edward Norton killing it!
Square friend 😄😄😄
Do Polish now 😆 Szczebrzeszyn or Chrząszcz 😜
Lettiss not leddiss
Try them out with "Hi-Fi" and you'll get something like "eee-fee". Caused me great confusion on a certain train journey back in the early 1980s.
The part where the guy asked why are there so many syllables in the word? jeweler proves why French spelling is the worst because that's literally consonant vowel consonant vowel consonant vowel consonant.
Advice: Don't give the viewer the pronunciation until after. You ruin the ability for me to try and play along. So I stopped the video after 20 seconds to leave this comment before leaving this video
How the fuck did I end up here, It's 2 am, I had a paper due yesterday.
Lmfaoooooo y'all were so evil with the word "antidisestablishmentarianism" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I can’t believe that “psychophysicotherapeutic” was the only word she could pronounce 💀
Don't bother learning. It won't matter. They will treat you like garbage either way, especially in Quebec.
Someone should be all shitty and snooty to these people for not speaking perfect English just like they are shitty about everyone else's French.
I did not know Paris was a country
Jackshit, I know damn well Paris is not a country. The fuck is wrong with these people?
When I said a fucking bonjour a tiny different from these fuckers, the faces they made were not friendly 😂😂😂
The girl speaks very clear.
That clean shaven dude with the mustache is straight out of a Monty Python sketch! 😃
In the early 60s my dad was studying at American University in Aix. He brought his Norton Mortorcycle with Massachusetts license plates and driver’s license. The font used on the licenses used a medial S that looked like an ‘f’, and he would cackle with delight recalling the French police struggling to pronounce “maffachufetts.” RIP. Miss you dad.
So... the blonde couple is clearly from Finland.
If you're going to France, you better learn French.
I love how the last word isn't something an English person can say.
Kwason'
this was actually what the internet was supposed to be for...
Then they make fun of us for not pronouncing croissant they way that they do. lol
To be fair the American narrator can’t pronounce “thorough” either. What the hell is “thurrow”. lol
"Squeal Hole" lol
Oh, it was so sweet! ❤❤❤
When French people have to start a word with H it’s like they’re using every bit of energy they can muster but they don’t have enough air in their lungs. 😂
Hedgehog almost became Hände hoch 😂
2:29 "Why are there so many syllables?" The NERVE coming from a frenchman mon Dieu! lmao
Germans have a tough time with the 'th' sound as well. They end up just saying "dee" for 'the'.
Mmmmmmmmm en même temps, l'anglaise qui cite les mots a une manière de parler plutôt trainarde, limite snob. Pas vraiment un exemple. Mmmmmmmmm mind you, the english voice who tells words speaks so sluggishly, possibly snobbish. Not a right example I say.
1:17...that Frenchman is smarter than 95% of the American students in public school.
I thought some of the attempts at "squirrel" were fine, but I'm English and we pronounce squirrel as two syllables, unlike a lot of Americans.
Ypsilanti, its a city in Michigan
The American accents were amazing >D >D
